Rachel was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly has a great understanding of the body and how everything works together. She incorporated some really effective stretching into the massage and tailored the treatment to what I needed rather than just doing a standard routine.

I was also really impressed by the range of techniques she offers, including dry needling and hot stone massage. She took the time to explain what she was doing and why, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in her expertise.
