Rachel is a brilliant massage therapist. I'm pretty specific with what I like when I go for a massage, so when I found Rachel I was so happy! She listens, is professional and really knows how to get into all the sore spots! I always feel so much better after our sessions and I can't recommend her enough!

Rachel was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly has a great understanding of the body and how everything works together. She incorporated some really effective stretching into the massage and tailored the treatment to what I needed rather than just doing a standard routine.

I was also really impressed by the range of techniques she offers, including dry needling and hot stone massage. She took the time to explain what she was doing and why, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in her expertise.

One of the best massages I’ve had. Rachel is skilled, professional and clearly very passionate about what she does. I would definitely recommend her and will absolutely be back!

Rachel provides a thorough, professional, and effective service. She takes the time to understand client needs and priorities at every appointment, offering a range of relevant treatment options and explaining the pros and cons of each before agreeing on a suitable treatment plan. I have found Rachel's services highly effective in providing relief from both acute and chronic issues.
Rachel is passionate about continuing her education in new techniques and provides a safe and respectful environment.

Rachel has helped me so much with my sciatica and plantar fascitis issues that I now walk out of her rooms feeling like a new woman.
She takes time to understand all the issues and previous treatment that you have had.
I am walking so much better, my calf muscles are nowhere near as tight and I feel much better in myself. The combination of massage, needling and cupping has made such a difference.
I would highly recommend Rachel.

Rachel is an outstanding therapist. She takes the time each session to understand what’s going on and to discuss & explain a clear treatment plan.

Her skilled combination of remedial massage and dry needling has been a game changer for my long‑term back and neck issues.
