Having had three or four visits with Rach' now improvement is now starting to show having had long term issues. Rach' has a wealth of knowledge and knows exactly where to find those bitey bits and how to treat them, albeit ouchy along the way 😀 Great work Rach' keep it up 👍🍻

Rachel at Remedial Rescue is an extremely talented therapist. The first time I went to her was to get her to help me touch my toes which I’d never been able to do - until the end of my first session with her. Lately she has been treating me after 2 really difficult hip replacements and I don’t think I could have recovered this well without her. She really can work miracles.

I don’t remember the last time my calf wasn’t so sore—it had just become the new normal for me. Rachel helped me get rid of the tight calf and pain I’d had for months. It took a few sessions because I’d let it go on for too long, but I definitely recommend her. She knows a lot and is very thorough. DO NOT WAIT ANOTHER SECOND.If you are in pain book in!
